Kriyat Hatorah Mattot-Masei

Question:
Shalom Harav,
I am a madrich of an Israeli group (of Talmidei Yeshivat Har Etzion) traveling to Poland next week BH. In Eretz Yisrael the kriyah is Massei, however in chutz la’aretz they will be reading Mattot Massei. We will be davening in a shul that doesn’t have a permanent minyan, and we will be making our own personal minyan there.

Do we have to read both Mattot and Massei, or does the reading of Massei on its own suffice? Is there a concern of לא תתגודדו, or on the other hand, a ברכה לבטלה?
Answer:

If you are making your own minyan comprised of Bnei Eretz Yisrael, you should read only Parshas Maasei. There is no concern of לא תתגודדו as you are in a place with no yishuv of Jews, and in addition you are clearly a group visiting from Israel, and as such more like שתי בתי דינים בעיר אחת.
