Question:
Is it allowed for me to call up a company that sell Electronic cigarette liquid and tell them I want to open a shop that sells liquids and ask them to send me samples, and although I would actually want to open a shop I don’t think I will ever do it.

Answer:

If you are not in the process of opening up a business and at the stage of testing various samples, then to request samples from the company in that context would be gneivas daas and prohibited.
